I’m a new customer, how do I order?
Our items are available to wholesale customers so setup a wholesale account by clicking on the “Register” button and from there you can request a login. During this process you will fill out information about your company that will be sent to Piccolo Hosiery customer support team for review/approval (so we know you are a wholesale customer). Once you’re approved as a wholesale customer you will receive an email letting you know you can now login and place your order!
What is the minimum order?
To place orders online the minimum order is $100.00 (after coupon codes and discounts).
What forms of payment do you accept?
Major credit cards accepted – Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, and American Express. Credit Terms upon prior approval.
When will I be charged?
Your credit card will be charged the day your order is shipped.
Do discounts and coupon codes apply to sale styles?
Sorry but discounts and coupon codes do not apply to sale styles. The discount or coupon code is only applied to the full list price.
How do I change my order?
You can change/update your order in the shopping cart until checkout is finalized. If you need to change your order after checkout is finalized you will need to call us at 1-877-PICCOLO (742-2656) (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5 pm EST) or email us at email@example.com
If I don’t finish my order will the items in my shopping cart stay there until I login again?
If you have not completed your order, you will receive a reminder email with a link so you can access your cart with all the products you previously selected. You can either continue to place orders in your cart or complete your order.
How do I know an item is in stock?
The product page will show the size range and colors that are available for the style you selected. If you select a size/color that is not in stock the product will show as Unavailable. With some styles, certain colors are not available in all sizes. If you select a color that doesn’t come in a size the product will also show as Unavailable. You will not be able to add the product to your cart. What should I do if I can’t find what I’m looking for?

Can I view my order history even if I didn’t place my order online?

How do I return an item?
If you need to return an item please call us 1-877-PICCOLO (742-2656) (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5 pm EST) or email us at email@example.com for authorization. Returns without authorization will not be accepted.
When will my order ship?
Orders ship 1-2 business days after order is placed.
How can I track my orders?
An e-mail will be sent to the login e-mail address notifying you the shipment has left our distribution center.

Can I update my shipping address and contact info (email address & phone number) online?
You can make changes to your address and phone number by going to the Account link in the drop down menu. If you need to change your email address you must email us at email@example.com with the subject “Request to change account email” so we can process your request in a timely manner.
How do I request a catalog?
Catalogs are available to view online or for you to download, click here for our latest catalog. Or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a catalog to be emailed to you.
Are your products pre-priced with a suggested retail?
No. Our products are sold by many retailers who set their own pricing.
Is my information secure when I register and place an order?
We take security seriously! All personal and credit card information is secure and compliant with all credit card provider’s standards. We do not share or sell any customer information.
